OK, I will start.
I am on band B. What if I call a station on band A (but don't log it)
and ask him to move to band B. I work him on band B. Then I move him
back to A and log it. Wow, I just saved a band change and...
People will have plenty of time to think about these things as they are
sitting there for 28 minutes having mistakenly already used their 6
changes in the hour. You had better learn to count to six!
