Being in Florida I always seem to get my QST very late -- so I've not see it
yet ... but ...
I do like the idea of increasing Tech Plus privledges not Novice.
I think the exposure to contesting especially on 15 and 40 would be great
for the new comers and for everyone else. More QSO's.
Give Tech Pluses 21,300-21,350, 7225-7275 and 3825-3875 for SSB.
And then shuffle the CW to give them better access to the rest of us.
Saw: 3525-3575, 7025-7075, 21025-21075 and give them 28025 to 28200 for CW
and leave 28300-28500 alone.
This gives them a consistant 50KHz on all three bands starting where the
General Band starts
Keep the 200W limit also on both modes.
Not contesting related, it would be nice to give Tech Pluses 30 meters
too -- all modes . Since there is no phone there it would be great I think.
