If you still have web access you can still get cq-contest via the archives.
They are only one hour behind real time.

You can use either your work e-mail address or get an account free over the
web from hotmail. There are at least 6 offerings for free web based e-mail
via the web. Hotmail can be reached at http://www.hotmail.com
