Interesting idea.....
Would sure help the "slow" parties and I don't think it
could harm the big ones.
But...... (Ah, there's that word again!)
Scoring?
Maybe if each party had the state as part of each exchange
the software could make a log for each state that was
worked?
Then it would be fun. Just run/s&p hard and let the computer
sort it all out. After the contest is over.... Opps, didn't
mean to say that! :-)
