[CQ-Contest] The best computer-control (and implementingit in the TS-930

Certainly not the TS-940. Its response to computer polling screws up
the transmitted frequency whenever RIT or XIT (but not both) is active
and is set at a non-zero frequency differential relative to the main
VFO. So perhaps something similar to the TS-950 might be reasonably
close?

And while he's at it, if he wants to make it a _truly_ perfect rig,
can he make it receive CW on the other sideband?
