This line of reasoning stinks! It is highly probable that a station
could make 10 or more QSOs just with guys looking for States, who
never
submit a log. Where is it written you have to work 4 "topguns"?

Regarding the rediculous penalty of an additional 3 Qs, just what
happens when that "unique" also just happens to be the only station
you work in a new section?

And using one of the examples, it's pretty damned hard to miscopy
W0DJC with any of the others.
