There is an excellent resource out there - the eHam site - sponsored by the
same folks who bring you the cq-contest reflector. On the left side of the
page you will see it listed as: Resources/Product Review. Here is the first
few lines that were brought up upon clicking there:

...as you can see 18 guys have checked in with their thoughts on the
particular rig you mentioned. It is not an engineering review per se like
you would see in QST with IMD specs, etc...but is real world users stating
their experiences and a scoring system (5 max).
