Hey, Tom:  Wait a minute.  I am always QRV in the WAE CW contest.  I don't like
the (apparently just changed from 15 minute) 10 minute QSY rule because it is a
disincentive to operate marginal bands because if you make one non-mult QSO on
80 or 10 M or even 15 M some years in marginal conditions, you are stuck on that
band for 10 minutes.  I never suggested that would keep me from working the
contest.  If you will check the results, you will find that my call is nearly
always listed on CW and is sometimes listed on SSB both before and after the
rules change.   Smart single ops will likely only work mults on marginal bands
and I think that is a shame because it discourages contacts and activity
generally on those bands.

BTW, please put your call in your signature on messages since it is not in your
e-mail address and many may not know you from your name alone.
