There is only one entry in the database: NP3D.  K1EA and N6TR have convinced me
that putting in other variants is meaningless since their callsign parsers
won't treat them any differently.

While having the entry in the country file will will help you with the zone,
removing NP3D from the country file will cause the QSO to be scored
incorrectly, since CT will give it 2 points from North America instead of the
expected 0 points.  The country file helps you score the log.  It's a
side-effect that it helps you with zones also.
