I think it's more than a little disingenuous to suggest that there's some
kind of virtue in using a deceiving callsign.

Using a call like NP3D/2 will cause useless congestion and confusion.  Its
use would burden the user of the call as he will spend countless "overs"
explaining that, yes he really is in zone 5.  If not entered in the country
database properly, operators who copy and enter the zone correctly as 5,
will still be hoodwinked in their country totals unless they edit their
country files mid-contest, potentially overlooking the chance to work a
"real" KP4 later.
