SSB is same time than the popular EU Sprint SSB (+ JIDC on CW).
(RTTY is same weekend than WAECW, CW same weekend than TOPS 80m CW and ARRL
160m CW)
Contest itself looks like a Russian DX Contest ( 20.-21.3.2004).
