Seems to me, Contest organizers are far away from contest knowledge in
general.
They just pubslished .PDF file of the IARU 2003 results.
OL5Y operating portable IH9 still leading European top!
10 years old pupil know where continents boundaries lies.
Actually, I don't remember any single IARU Radiosports championship
with acurate judgement so far.
The same pray again, please show your article with the final results to some
one who knows what is contesting about, before publishing it, or please
change the contest name to something not so pseud.
