the only contest i know that gives the equipment used of the participant
is OCDX. you can scan down the list and see if Igor was using an R390 and
a pair of 813s, or an FT1000 MK XXCVIIXVCXCIIXII and a 40 element beam.
most humans tire of constantly revamping their station/car/wardrobe/hair
style sooner or later, and let the joneses continue off into the sunset.
the year you say "enough!!!" whether an HRO60/TS820/TS930 etc, pretty
well sets the most of us who look at this as a hobby.
