I received a couple direct e-mails on a post that I
made recently. It appears that I err'd in making the
statement that the Contest Robot verifies the
contest-validity of the data contained in the Cabrillo
file. It does not.

It simply checks the Cabrillo file to assure that it
is formatted correctly and "bounces" it back if not.

It is up to different "post robot" systems/software to
determine the contest-validity of the QSO's in the
Cabrillo log.

Even so...the initial question was if it was OK to log
multiple QSO's with the same station. The answer is
two-fold:

1. Generally, yes.
2. Specific to a contest, one should ask the
organization that is executing the "post Robot" work
to assure that they account for zero-point QSO's ok.

Kind regards,
Ev, W2EV
