Only if you choose to define casual "as one who intends to submit their
log"?
If they are just "playing" for an hour or two, without using their logging
program, there is a relatively good presumption that they won't submit a
log? With this in mind, many, myself included, couldn't care less what they
receive, just that they send the correct exchange? IMHO, it's a "win/win"
situation....the "serious" operator gets the points, and the "casual"
operator gets to play.
