Yeah, and better than that, you don't even have to turn your radio on.  Just 
fill out your log with the stations you know you would have worked if you 
were on and send it in.  I always slip in a few more out of the callbook 
just in case they MIGHT have gotten on. Can't wait till April 1st.  73
