it is difficult to believe any U.S. operator gets enough
domestic PSE QSL cards without return postage to be a financial
problem. But I think Tom is complaining about the principle, not the
expense.)
I'm catching up on my QSL chores before the postal rates increase this
weekend. There are 60 "PSE QSL" cards sitting here without return postage,
mostly from guys working WAS or county hunters. It's the principle...and the
interest! I'm all for "giving something back"...but no SASE is just damn
rude.
Ok, the printer has cooled down...back to work.
