After checking the NAQP Preliminary Results (Congrats, guys!), I decided to
look at the SPRINT RULES.
Hmmm...
===
7. Exchange: To have a valid exchange, you must send all of the following
information: the other station's call, your call, your serial number, your name
and your location (state, province or country). You may send this information
in any order. For example:
N6TR DE K7GM 154 RICK NC K
K7GM NR 122 TREE OR DE N6TR K
===
Gosh, I'm pretty "a n a l" about rules, and the word "all" tells me that
probably most of the past Sprint exchanges were actually "invalid", because I
don't recall anyone including "DE" and "K" in what they sent me (or what I sent
them).
Should the example be re-tweaked to axe "DE" and "K"?
