Outside of contests, I often send QRL? as a joke because noone is on the band anyway. This AM after a short CQ on 20 HK1AR came back and was 599, I was 579 down there from my car, and Tony said there was noone else on the band. Maybe I should call "CQ Test" and see if that wakes up the band...
