I hope you was joking, Dave.  I use solely  CW, now U want to take 
another 20 KC from the meager 40 KC?
And in the US you may use from 40 to 300 KC. 
In a couple of years 40 meter will expand to 400 KC, but if  SSB will 
use down to 20KC, you will never release the 20-40KC to CW.
And CW, my dear Dave, is far from dying, as some SSB fanatics want us to 
believe.
