Let's take ALL the difficulty out of the contest -
we'll make it just like CQWW where you can fill in the
exchange before it's even sent.

The power field is pretty much the ONLY bit of info
that isn't obvious before the Q is made - at least
make SOME part of the exchange require a little skill.

This is an absolutely brilliant suggestion, Dick.  It
also falls into
perfect alignment with the current (albeit archaic)
category schema, and
solves a myriad of problems we have been experiencing
with cut numbers.
