Shelby, you confirm that 73 magazine did the right thing by publishing
results and issuing certificates in 1984, but they dropped the ball in 1987
when they just pushed log submissions aside and ignored them. An
incredibly arrogant thing to do when you consider the number of contest
participants, etc.
