Ah ha... I can use this as an opportunity to say "Me too!" I'm there too.
Have no fear about WAS via LoTW... I've worked all 50 states and received
confirmations via LoTW on 160m ~ 20m. There's a hold-out state on 15 and
another on 10, but the problem isn't LoTW. It has been the lack of
propagation to find those last two.
Of course I get to start all over with contacts beginning 1-1-2009, but
that's okay.
I do hope they put a report generator in LoTW so it will show your official
standings for that particular award.
