In 1935...
Utah-Wyoming was a single section.
MDC was a section -- but it was really MDDC (or MDDDC?) because Delaware was
part of it too.
The West Indies indeed included PR, USVI, Cuba, and the Isle of Pines -- but it
wasn't known as West Indies because it included Georgia and South
Carolina too!
(yes, they mention "Isle of Pines" separately from the rest of Cuba)
There were no Yukon, NWT, or NL sections. (ISTR Yukon and the NWT were
administered as part of BC? Newfoundland wasn't yet part of Canada, but then
again Cuba wasn't part of the U.S. either.....)
States that were split:
EPA/WPA
SNJ/NNJ
WNY/ENY/NLI
NMN/SMN (Minnesota)
EMA/WMA
LAX/SCV/EB/SF/SV/SDG/SJV
EFL/WFL (Florida)
NTX/STX
Why were Ohio, Michigan, Ontario, and Illinois never divided?
