I doubt anyone operated Sweepstakes from Baja Nuevo, Serrana Bank, Roncador
Cay or Swan Island when they were possessed by the US, but out of curiosity,
what section would they have fit under?

The Pacific islands now all fit under "PAC" but was this ever different?

Just curious.
