I always love reading this report, and I'm curious what kind of result
it has. I'm sure it goes a long way toward encouraging good behavior
among those who know it exists, but I wonder if the contest sponsors
actually use it. I don't expect any of the contests sponsors to
publicly comment, but has anyone ever looked at various contests to see
if there is a difference between submitted logs and the official final
results for the obvious offenders noted in the associated K1TTT report?
It would certainly be a remarkable shame if Dave's well-documented list
merely provided amusement for the rest of us.
