Sadly, it doesn't seem to be having an impact on dodgy spotting around 
here.  What is perhaps one of the most-often-mentioned dodgy spotters in 
the reports is from around here & he's still at it, although lately he's 
been changing tactics.  The other dodgy spotting going on in these parts 
is either below K1TTT's threshold for mentioning, or (understandably) 
without local knowledge nobody understands they look to be dodgy.

When I look at the reports, I see an issue that doesn't really matter to 
NA & wonder, would things be different if Ws were into this dodgy 
spotting thing?  Maybe it wouldn't be so amusing if it happens over 
there, like by somebody in your state or call area - let alone just 
across town.

And that, I would suggest, is why AB7E was talking to himself with that 
post.

Another thing for y'all to ignore: a case where it can be seen that 
something had been done about what looked to have been dodgy spotting.
