I buy #31 mix snap-on's at Mouser.  I usually buy quite a few at a time.  Last 
time I ordered I believe they were around $3.50 each, this is for the size .5 
id X 1.5 long.  They are very handy because you can put them on wiring without 
having to disconnect or cut, then if it doesn't help remove and try somewhere 
else.  I got part numbers, but I got to dig for it.
