[CQ-Contest] Single Band in ARRL DX

Don't waste time with Single Band Low Power in the ARRL DX as they consider
all single band entries as High Power!

Several years ago I entered Single Band 10 and ended up second to K4WI (we 
both entered low power).  The next year
I entered and since all enries are considered High Power ended up 7th
but 2nd when just low power was considered.

So entering Single Band (Unassisted) turn on the amp.
