Hello Jose,

I'm curious as to whether you've really found the smoking gun here.

At 0638, after six minutes of exclusively 40m QSOs, presumably during which 
he's also tuning on 80, he finds OH0X on 3,526. Three minutes later, 14khz away 
(3,540), he works KH7XX. A minute after that, and just six kHz away, he works 
TF3SG. In the same minute, he works, just one kHz away, and after one Q on his 
40m run frequency, he works NP4Z. Then he works two stations on 40 before 
working YN2CC just two kHz up from NP4Z. Then it takes him four 40m QSOs to 
work NP2P on 3,552, just three kHz up from NP4Z. This ends your event (goes a 
bit past your six minutes, really).

So, is it really questionable to take six minutes to find a superstation such 
as OH0X? And then to find KH7XX three minutes after that? Is a minute not long 
enough to find a mult six kHz away? 

And from Martinique, how loud do you think a Puerto Rican and a USVI station 
would be on 80, given a straight shot across the water 714 km and 571 km away? 
Would they be THAT hard to find? When the PR was 1khz above his last 80m Q and 
the VI was 3 kHz above the PR?

As well, the log only shows Qs. It doesn't show failed attempts at a pileup or 
the insertion of a mult's frequency into a memory or self-generated band map 
for retrieval later. In other words, we really can't tell how long it may have 
taken Dmitry to find any mult, only how much time separates Qs from each other.

Based on this, do you really think this sequence strains the boundaries of 
credibility as unassisted?

Hope this doesn't come across as too argumentative. I just don't see this 
sequence as proof of guilt.
