I wonder if this was all after the contest log manipulation or does he have some nefarious program running that inserts calls into the log during down periods?

Great job by EA5RS and others to identify this block of 160m QSOs as being
suspicious. According to the reverse log data (where we build a log for
every station that makes any contacts in the received logs), TO7A did not
make any contacts between 0433 and 0602 UTC 2014-11-30. However, this is
the same time that there is a run of 160m QSOs in the TO7A log. We cannot
find these QSOs on the SDR recording or RBN logs. One could assume these
160m QSOs were added to the TO7A log to improve the score.

All of the calls in this "160 run" were active in the contest, but did not
submit a log. That implies there was a deliberate attempt to pad the log
with calls that could not be cross checked.

Anyone want to talk about something else now?

Juan,

Comparing public data from the RBN with the TO7A log, the 160m running
period between
0346 UTC and 0351 on Sunday 30th Nov matches well:

TO7A log:

QSO: 1840 CW 2014-11-30 0346 TO7A 599 8 VE3DO 599 04

In the time-frame above there were at least 4 skimmers hits for TO7A from
WZ7I, K3MM, K8ND and PJ2A.

An issue for me is, an hour later, TO7A claims to be running on 160m but
there are no skimmer spots and what appear to be those unsubstantiated
QSOs which you correctly highlighted in your post Juan.
