Several have written to ask if assistance and SO2R are allowed in the CW Open.
The answer is:  Yes, to both.

"While packet and similar 'help' such as skimmer and/or reverse beacon networks
is allowed, please indicate use of such 'help' on a voluntary basis in the
log.   Entering as "SO Assisted", or any multi-operator category will be taken
to mean: single operator with assistance.  Results may indicate this status."

The CW Open is an international event with rigorous log checking and excellent
rates.  Three, fast, 4-hour sprints.

There is still time to register your team so spread the word to your club and
list the CW Open invitation below on your reflectors.  Please visit the
following link for the rules:

Logs are uploaded here:  http://www.b4h.net/cwops/

The first 4-hour session begins 0000Z, September 5, and all amateurs are
welcome (exchange serial number and name).  See below for details.  Thanks!
