Hi Brian,
That seems odd to me. Email the moderator separately at
kenwoodts-590-owner@yahoogroups.com and ask why he declined. He might just have
hit the wrong button (or clicking the wrong link). Make sure to include your
callsign when communicating with him. The group has 2700+ members, so he might
reject anyone with a generic email and no call.
