[CQ-Contest] Contest preparation and morals!

Perhaps the time has come where any serious contester (those who compete for an 
award), in any of the major contests, must have a blood test within the 24 hour 
period prior to the start of the event to ensure they are not on any 
performance enhancing medication.

After all, contests are getting pretty serious stuff, are they not?
