Sam,

it would be wise if you first check the examples you publish for your
theories the next time.

If you work YV4YC on 7127 @04.10z and HC2AO on 7106 @04.20z and get QTCs
from them on the same QRG, it doesn't mean all their previous QSOs they send
back to you through QTCs took place on that QRG as well.

For example this is taken from my WAE SSB 2015 log and you can easily check
QRGs through independent sources (ie. CLX spots):
QSO: 7174 PH 2015-09-12 0113 IR4X 59 0018 YV4YC 59 002
(came back to my CQ)
QSO: 7065 PH 2015-09-12 0307 IR4X 59 0109 HC2AO 59 049
(by spot)

Of course I don't know about the other Europeans and I couldn't care less
but my QSOs with these stations took place within the allowed contest
segments unlike you state something else.

Matt

Oggetto: [CQ-Contest] WAE PHONE CONTEST FREQ, To be or not to be?

Hi everybody,

To be or not to be-that is the question:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/To_be,_or_not_to_be

This weekend another WRTC event. WAE DX Phone Contest. Very interesting and
of course very important contest for those, who are qualyfying to be
http://www.wrtc2018.de/index.php/en/qualification/selection-criteria-2

Some Team Leaders now has guaranteed, some are with question. And this one
can make a much difference in final tables.

Let's read WAE Contest rules
http://www.darc.de/der-club/referate/dx/contest/waedc/en/rules/ . You can
see *SSB*: 3650-3700; 7050-7060; 7100-7130; 14100-14125; 14300-14350 kHz.

Try to imagine himself if You are one of those qualifiers. Station
(multiplier) calling CQ Contest on 7.128 kHz. Everybody working them.
Because - station is multiplier, so everyone is cheater?

Read what happen if You doing this:
Violation of the rules of the contest or unsportsmanlike conduct will be
deemed sufficient cause for disqualification. The decisions of the
contest-committee are final.

But we go to results and if You are cheater - You are first in the World

are WRTC participants.
So where is fair play?

What to do? Explain please.

To be stupid and pretend that nothing is happening, or follow the rules and
remain in last place fool Sam LY5W
