We at Europe side of the pond are also calling CQ on 10M.
But same as on your side....lack of propagation.
Were little openings to PY , KP2 and FY.
FY5KE and KP2M were few minutes real s9 !!
But little later....gone.

Worked about 50 people this AM from WA to RI to SA and Carib. The band
was plenty open. Problem is nobody bothers going to 10m much during the
minimums.
