should prevail?
We all know that some part of Donetsk and Lugansk currently HAS TO live under
pro-Russian separatists occupation and openly taking one of the sides would
deadly harm them.
Didn't you think about it before making your post? And what is exactly a
purpose of your post?
To allow a D1 - a pirate station - to be included in the list of official HQ's?
Or to ask patriotically inclined Ukrainian citizens who must live under
occupation to reveal themselves by supporting EM5HQ and put their lives in
danger?
I'm confused.

Without getting to deeply involved in the D1 call issue, I am just curious to
see if Ukrainian Amateur Radio society have included any Donetsk or Lugansk
stations in their Ukrainian HQ effort? Many good stations are located in that
area, but my memory from last year is that Donetsk and Lugansk hams, even those
still using "Ukrainian" calls, were excluded from the Ukrainian HQ operation?
Am I right or wrong?
If wrong, why were the Donetsk and Lugansk excluded?
If Kiev prevent them from participating - which HQ team should they belong to?
The Kosovo-Basque-Donetsk/Lugansk-Kurdish-Veneto team??
