I use Kenwood 480HX and Yaesu 857. Both get outstanding reports for CW 30
WPM operation. Both are mobile.

Yes, but it's probably out of his price range, AND the TX is the dirtiest of
the bunch on CW in ARRL Lab tests. That was improved to being only half as
bad by a firmware upgrade, issued after I leaked a preliminary version of my
summary of those ARRL tests.
