[CQ-Contest] VX7150 "issue" resolved

There were two issues:


1.  VX7150 could not properly submit his log.  We provided him with a 
workaround.

2.  Other participants who worked him were getting a warning 
notification.  Please ignore the warning.  We are getting your logs, 
including that call sign.
