I really like my Sennheiser HD 280 PRO headphones. They are comfortable, have
crisp sound, and 32 dB attenuation of outside sound. A version is available
with a boom mic, but I haven't tried that.
After six or seven years of daily use, I sent them in to the repair facility in
SE WI for their flat rate of $47 or so. They replaced them with a new pair.
They have good ratings on eHam.net.
I also have Bose QC2 noise cancelling headphones, which are OK, but I prefer
the Sennheiser.
Amazon has them as Prime for $99.95.

The Sony MDR-7506 are excellent for ham use, but if you need noise
cancelling they're definitely not for you. They have little to no isolation
from ambient room noise.
