I have found the HFTA modeling VERY accurate. I have drop offs within a few feet of the guy anchors of my towers in the East direction and rolling terrain in other directions. On 15 and 10M, the lowest yagi is the best to Europe virtually all of the time. So I have long boom yagis in this "sweet spot". For 20M, the stack is often the best. HFTA is really essential in hilly terrain. 73 Ed N1UR _______________________________________________ CQ-Contest mailing list CQ-Contest@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/cq-contest |
