yes is corious, specially for me, I am not a very intelligent guy, so I do not
understand, why for the African Team, there is a DL station as Team Mate?
waiting for some help to clarifying me, this rare situtation.

Curious. Was there no one else from AF qualified or qualified enough for WRTC?
One would think that if the, or one of the, 'winners' from AF for WRTC could
not attend, the next person in line would get the call.

2359z received at qualification@wrtc2018.de.
Please explain, why you are applying as TL.
