Concern about dupes is a leftover meme from long ago paper logging days.  It's 
time to drive a wooden stake through its heart.

RIGHT. Among contesters, the rule about dupes is that working them is better than rejecting them. It is always best to assume that if someone is still calling you, you may not be in his log, for whatever reason.

Yes, there are those who don't use a contest logging program that checks for dupes, and hopefully, they will eventually get the message and use one. :)
