The REF log not being accepted was due to one of the following but
probably the first:
1) The cabrillo log generator left out CATEGORY-ASSISTED, so I added
that.
2) And I put my call sign in the OPERATOR line
Then all was good!
I entered "USA" for the LOCATION, that was accepted

I tried to submit my REF log on the REF contest website. It tells me
that my log is not in the correct format. Is there a trick to REF log
submission? I used the b4h.net cabrillo log generator to create the
