Per request of N6TV, replies to CT-USER messages now go to the author, not
the list.
The reason I changed this several months ago was because if you wanted to
reply to CT-USER, you had to type in the address of CT-USER by hand.
Several people were typing in CQ-CONTEST by mistake, and this resulted in
threads of discussion starting on CT-USER and ending up in CQ-CONTEST.
Please be careful when you want to reply to the whole list - make sure you
know to which list the message was originally sent!
