Hi All

If someone has contacts at the major manufacturers of radio's like Icom,
Yaesu, Kenwood, etc can they explain to them how serial communications works
as I view their efforts as POOR !

A speed up to 19,200 bps should be available, maybe 2 ranges 4,800bps
9,600bps and 19,200bps. Full duplex available ! Standard (defacto anyway)
9pin connector as a DCE device. Function settings on the radio either via
controls and or serial commands as to options set on/off, like if you only
want the frequency sent after the key has been pressed.

Maybe us, as the users should advise the manufacturers of our wish list.
