I used CT 9.37 for CQWW SSB, then used QSL9 to prepare labels.

I encountered a time problem with the labels in QSL9...
the time on each QSO is 7 hours too early... e.g. my
first contact was really at 0103 24 October but the
label reads 1803 23 October.

[The first hour of the contest I was nursing our
local PacketCluster node back to health...]

My log is in UTC, prints fine, and other extracts I've
tried (e.g. B2R9) seem to work OK.

I logged the contest with the computer clock set to local
time and the TZ environment variable set to EST5EDT. The
setting of this variable doesn't seem to affect QSL9's
behavior.

Any clues as to what I'm doing wrong? This is my first
time using QSL9.
