[ct-user] More on CT 9.3x and ICOM radio control

We used CT9.38 for the RAC Canada Winter Contest in a M/M setup with
an Ethernet Network and it worked fine on an IC-756.

I know that this doesn't help, but thought you would like to know.  I
will test 9.39, but it won't be for a couple of days.
