[ct-user] Fix-Mine for CQP

Hello fellow CT users.

I have a dilema.  I messed up about 6 log entries during CQP.  I fixed them
by putting in my callsign.  Now comes the problem.  I can't use fix-Mine
because of the serial numbers.  Is there a way to set those q's to 0 points
before doing the writelog function so I don't have to go around and change
everything in the files that generates?
