[ct-user] Fix Mine Errors

Just tried to run Fix Mine with CT 945WIN and get the following error when I
try to fix calls logged with my call sign.  Does Fix-Mine from the 9.39
version work with CT 9.45Win ?

"RTTY  -  I/O Fatal Error generated at  21:3:26 10/30/1999

How does one fix errors then ?
